SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and usually deliver within 7-10 business days for locations in the US. We do not provide free shipping for orders with a shipping address outside of the US.
Once items have been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To cancel an order please email us at graysoncreationsnv@gmail.com or the Contact Us page within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once we receive your cancellation email, we will respond with confirmation.
To return your oder, please email us at graysoncreationsnv@gmail.com or the Contact Us page within 30 days from receiving your order. Once we receive your email, we will start the return process and may take 24-48 hours to provide you with the return label. Once you receive the return label via email, please mail the items you want to return back to us. We will start the refund process when we receive the items. We do not accept returns for customized items.
Please provide your order number for cancellations and returns.
